Return/Refund Policy for Ace of Craft

We hope you enjoy everything you order from Ace of Craft. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to assist you with our hassle-free return and refund process. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

  • You have 20 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that certain items such as jewelry (for hygiene reasons), perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Initiating a Return/Refund:

  1. To start a return, please contact us at aceofcraftt@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return in your message.
  2. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Please use this label to return the item to us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the product amount within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd like to exchange your item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. Items for exchange must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with the return.
